Three Practitioners, One Approach
Whoever you see, the assessment framework and care model are the same.

Masters in Chiropractic and dry needling certified. Founded Align Health Co so patients leave more capable, not dependent.

Master of Clinical Chiropractic. Focused on biomechanics, mobilisation, strengthening and patient education.

North Queensland chiropractor focused on movement, sport, injury prevention and practical rehab.
This Is Not a Crack-and-Go Clinic
Every appointment works toward the same three outcomes.
Restoring range and quality of how you move. Pain relief is part of it; moving the way your body is built to is the goal.
Building the capacity to handle work, sport, kids, training. Weak supporting muscles mean the injury comes back.
Whole-body stability — the kind that stops one area compensating for another and triggering a chain reaction.
You don't have to be adjusted if you don't want to be. Dry needling, exercise rehabilitation, and/or hands-on soft tissue work are all part of how we treat. The right approach depends on your assessment, not a formula.
We Work With People Whose Bodies Need to Perform
At work and in sport, and through daily life. We understand the specific demands of each.
From Pregnancy, Newborns, Toddlers, Teenagers and Geriatric we can help. We tailor our care to suit everyone's individual needs.
Seven days on. Twelve-hour shifts. Your 7-day off roster is a real treatment window, and we work around it.
You sit at a desk all day and then wonder why your back gives out at the gym. Desk-related tension compounds over time without intervention.
Recurring injuries, slow recovery, the same issue popping up season after season. Performance care addresses the cause.
A Plan With Clear Goals
One of the most common concerns new patients have is becoming dependent on ongoing treatment. Here is how care actually works at Align Health Co.
Weekly or twice-weekly appointments. Your first appointment covers a full history, physical assessment, imaging discussion when necessary, and first treatment where appropriate. Your written working diagnosis, treatment plan, and realistic timeline are covered at your second appointment, the Report of Findings.
Appointments become less frequent. The goal shifts to active care. Rehabilitation exercises integrate into your daily routine, reducing your need for treatment.
Monthly visits for prevention and performance. At this point, you're managing your own health. We're there if you need us.
Our Treatment Methods
Three core modalities. Each targets a different layer of the problem — used individually or in combination based on your assessment.
Manual adjustment of the spine and joints to restore mobility, reduce nerve irritation, and improve the way your body moves. Not every patient needs adjustment. It is one tool in the kit, used when the assessment shows it is the right call.
Learn about adjustments →
Fine needles targeting muscular trigger points to release tension and restore normal muscle function. CPD Health Courses certified. Works well alongside adjustment or on its own for muscle-based pain that has not responded to other treatments.
Learn about dry needling →
Hands-on soft tissue therapy, IASTM, and cupping, combined with structured rehabilitation programming. This is the part of care that builds the capacity to hold the results of treatment. The injury stops returning because the underlying weakness has been addressed.

What is dry needling?
Thin needles inserted into muscle trigger points to release tension and improve blood flow. Not acupuncture. The approach targets the neuromuscular system (specific muscles, specific trigger points) based on a physical assessment. It often produces faster and longer-lasting results than adjustment alone for muscle-based pain. All of our practitioners are CPD Health Courses certified with a focus on safety.
Do I have to be adjusted (cracked)?
No. Treatment is tailored to you. If you don't want spinal adjustment, you don't have to have it. Dry needling, soft tissue work, and rehabilitation are all available as standalone or combined approaches. We don't apply anything you're not comfortable with.
How long until I feel better?
It is hard to know results for every patient, but we always have a plan even when the exact timeline is not clear. For some complex cases, we recommend a trial of care. If we do not get the results we are expecting over that timeframe, we will help refer you on.
How much does it cost?
We accept most major health funds and can process your rebate on the spot. If you'd like an exact figure before booking, give the clinic a call — or use our complimentary 15-minute call to chat through whether chiropractic is the right fit for you.
Do I need a referral?
No referral needed. Book directly online or call the clinic.
Will I need X-rays?
Not for every patient. X-rays are used when they provide important diagnostic clarity. For many presentations, they're the clearest way to understand what's actually happening. Your practitioner will discuss it at your first appointment if imaging is recommended.
Book Your Initial Consultation
Initial consultation includes a full history, physical assessment, and your first treatment where appropriate. You'll leave with a clearer picture of what appears to be happening, then your written working diagnosis and structured plan are covered at your second appointment, the Report of Findings.
